If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a full charge will apply, and the booking is non-refundable. Please be mindful that your reservation could have been taken by another customer.

For cancellations made within 48 hours or sooner, you will receive a credit. This credit is a cleaning credit applied to your account, available for use at your convenience.

Canceling before the 48-hour window entitles you to an immediate full refund. We appreciate your understanding and prompt notice.
