  • Booking Guidelines:

    When scheduling a move-in/move-out cleaning, it is imperative to choose the corresponding package for move-in/move-out services. Failure to do so means we cannot guarantee completion of the move-out/move-in tasks, and the booking may not be confirmed.

    For homes exceeding 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is mandatory to opt for the deep cleaning package. This ensures our team has adequate time to thoroughly clean larger homes, promoting fairness and efficiency.

    If your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last 6 months, opt for a Deep Cleaning.

  • To ensure you get the most of your scheduled cleaning, evaluate the current condition of your home with honesty. This will avoid any need for rescheduling.

  • Citrine Cleaning uses all clean, non-toxic products safe for children + pets. However, in some instances, “harsh chemicals” may be necessary to clean tough areas. If this is an issue, please leave a note at time of booking.

  • Rescheduling is permitted before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see “Cancellations and Refunds” for further questions.

  • A regular cleaning includes:

    • Kitchen (clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces, stove top)

    • All exterior surfaces in all rooms

    • Floors (mopped and or vacuumed)

    • Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain)

    • Bedroom (shelving, nightstands, bed frames)

    • All window sills

  • A Deep Cleaning Includes:

    • Everything included in a Regular Clean +

      • Base boards

      • Light switches & door handles

      • Detailed dusting

      • Light organization of all rooms

      • Backsplashes and fixtures are polished

  • Citrine Cleaning cares deeply both about it’s clients and employees. To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, we do not clean if people smoke indoors. Thank you for understanding.

    • Cancellations before 48 hours: full refund to the payment information on file

    • Cancellations within 48 hours: booking is credited to your account to use for future cleanings

    • Cancellations within 24 hours: non-refundable full charge

  • A Move In/Out cleaning includes:

    All inclusive services (Deep Cleaning)

    Also includes 4/7 extra services we offer

    Inside cabinets

    Inside all windows

    This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state. Clean and revitalized for new homeowners.

  • We only clean indoors as that is what our insurance covers.

  • If you would like to skip this weeks clean, please ensure it is within the 48 hour window. The clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use.

  • No, it so not necessary to be home when the cleaner arrives/departs. You may leave a key for the cleaner or give them access in whichever way is most convenient for you.

    For first time Citrine Cleanings, we do recommend you to be there to get to know your home cleaning specialists.

  • Additional time will be allocated for organizing areas that are commonly left cluttered during our residential cleaning service. These areas may include pantries, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters, and more. Please note which area you would like us to focus on when you add organization to your cleaning.

  • When making an online booking, please ensure you accurately indicate the current cleanliness level of your home. This ensures that the appropriate amount of time is dedicated to cleaning during your scheduled appointment. Providing inaccurate booking information will necessitate rescheduling at the full rate.
